Welcome to my outdoor recreation and mindfulness through nature blog!  I am a freelance writer and blogger with an anxiety disorder who loves spending time outside.  This blog is a place for me to share the outdoor adventures that my husband and I enjoy, as well as to be a resource for others. I want to help people engage in these activities themselves and to discuss methods I use to control my anxiety using my love of nature.
